2024

I haven’t updated the writing portion of this site in quite some time. While I’d like to be consistent, my inspiration and drive to create ebbs and flows. Much like the creeks, rivers, and streams that I often find myself next to. I can create many works in a short amount of time while the iron is hot, but catch me in a dry spell, and it may be nothing for many months. I can not force myself to try and create when I’m not inspired, as some people can. That’s not my preference. That is not how I produce.

This year was a year of change for me. A new beginning in my pursuit of a career. A risk, it may seem to some. To me, however, the only option that I had. I must live my life with spirit, you see. To not would mean certain death for me, as my fire would not be able to withstand the winds of life. This year, I’ve successfully fed my fire.

I’ve some exciting things planned for next year, and I’m looking forward to document and to share.

To end i’d like to share one last annoying use of analogy for this upcoming year.

I see some good wood lying around.

Happy New Year,

-Charlie
